Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a chat-based support role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in typing with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and chat platforms is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, patience, and empathy towards customers.
